Serial-ATA DriveLock Kit
The Drive Lock S-ATA device is a hardware write protect solution which prevents data writes to S-ATA and P-ATA hard disk drives. The device is connected to a computer’s P-ATA interface. It is an Ideal tool for Computer Forensic applications, designed to block write command sent to the hard drive while previewed or duplicated.

Designed exclusively for Forensic applications, the DriveLock S-ATA device provides a secure hardware write protected solution for S-ATA and P-ATA hard disk drives. A P-ATA to S-ATA adapter is used in combination with the DriveLock device to support S-ATA drives. Sensitive Forensic hard disk drive data can be previewed, acquired or analyzed without the possibility of altering the drive’s contents.

The DriveLock device is designed to block write commands sent to hard disk drives connected through the computer’s P-ATA interface. No special software is needed. The unit is compact and is easily portable. The Serial-ATA DriveLock Kit is an important addition for any Forensic Tool Kit.
